No forms to fill in, no warranty cards or receipts to keep— we can check your purchase history with us to confirm membership validity!
Diagnostic Coverage:
1. Covers both software and hardware components.
2. PC Clinic personnel will conduct a first-level quick diagnosis limited to 15 minutes. Member will be informed of the results.
3. Please refer to PC Clinic on rates for detailed analysis of faults such as RAM or HDD full scanning.
1st year fault found: Manufacturer warranty to be effective.
2nd-5th year fault found: Please refer to PC Clinic for servicing rates.
